    Grunthy hails from the Silverymoon Area in the Silver Marshes of Faerun. His father was unknown to him and after his mother was killed by Drow, he was brought up by his brother. He is not religious and hates authority. He is full of revenge, not only for the Drow but also for the farmer that framed his brother. He likes gold, women and the good life, but despises merchants and when he was young hated being poor.
